Delete your listener account

This page explains how to request deletion of a Retro Mix Radio listener account and associated data.

How to request deletion

Email studio@retromixradio.co.uk.
Send the request from the email address linked to your listener account where possible.
Include your listener username if you know it.
Use the subject line: Retro Mix Radio account deletion request.

We may ask you to confirm ownership of the account before deleting it.

What will be deleted

Deletion normally includes:

Your listener account
Your email address and username
Your saved favourites
Your account-linked votes, recent ratings and My Mix/profile preference data

What may be kept

Some limited information may be kept where needed for security, legal, abuse-prevention or technical reasons. For example, server logs or records needed to investigate misuse may remain for a limited period.
